HOPE YOU HAVE THE WARM FUZZIES!

I hope you, dear friends, are feeling the joy and gladness that Jesus said He came to bring us.

I have told you these things, so that My Joy and Delight may be in you, and that your Joy and Gladness may be of full measure and complete and overflowing!

(John 15:11)

And now I am coming to You; I say these things while I am still in the world, so that My Joy may be made full and complete and perfect in them.

(John17:13)

Think about this instruction from the Holy Spirit dictated songster:

“JOY TO THE WORLD, THE LORD HAS COME!”

With the bombardment our minds receive at Christmas, can we slam on the brakes like we are about to rear-end a tractor-trailer for just a moment!

The evil one works very hard at this time every year to divert our attention from the true meaning of Christmas by causing us to be over-focused on what Jesus described as “The Cares Of This World.”

Holy Spirit led Paul to instruct us to look not at what we see, but at the unseen things, because the things we see are temporary and subject to change, but the things we do not see are of God and are eternal.

(2Corinthians4:18)

All of the hustle and bustle and must-dos that we get caught up in, some of which are very good, lead our hearts, minds, and eyes away from the true and urgent reason for our celebration, which is that the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, loves us so much personally that He sacrificed His earth suit in the most horrid death any human ever could or would, to prove it!

Regardless of our life circumstances, and the vicissitudes of life, that alone should fill our hearts with overflowing joy and gladness. So, let’s commit to choosing to be happy, joyous, and full of love regardless of our life circumstances, and not only that, but to determine to share the love and joy that our beloved Jesus died to give us.

Listen to the words of the Classic Christmas Carols. Not the modern whiney ballads. They contain profound and wonderful truths.

“Joy to the World, the Lord has come. He rules the world with GRACE AND TRUTH!”

“Oh come, oh come Emmanuel! To free your children, Israel!” Emmanuel is my favorite name for our Lord Yeshua. It means God With Us, which He is and always will be!

From the carol we know as Hark the Herald Angels sing: “In Excelsis Deo,” Meaning glory to God in the highest.

A wonderful song about what the angels were so happy to sing of.

Handel’s Messiah and the Hallelujah Chorus: Handel’s majestic musical celebration of the birth of Jesus and His reign, of which there shall be no end.

“Oh Come Let Us Adore Him”, a cry to worship and love our King, which we should do every hour of every day.”

“The Carol of the Bells”…” Hark how the bells, sweet silver bells All seem to say: “Throw cares away” Christmas is here bringing GOOD CHEER to young and old, meek and the bold. One seems to hear Words of GOOD CHEER from everywhere, filling the air, Merry, Merry Merry Christmas, Merry Merry Merry Christmas.

” I have told you these things so that in Me you shall have complete peace; in the world, you will have trials and tribulations and frustrations, BUT BE OF GOOD CHEER, I have overcome the World !”

(John 16:33)

MARY CHRISTMAS! BE OF GOOD CHEER!
