Conversations with Jesus #4
Folks,
I can’t tell you in words how much I appreciate you taking time out of your busy day’s, to write to me about how much you love this series. You are always so encouraging.
Here then, is a recent conversation I had with Jesus…
“Daddy, why is it that people who say they believe in you, refuse to believe your teachings when they are taught them?”
“Well son, it’s as many of them have come straight with you and told you; that my Gospel is too good to be true, to them.”
“They interpret my teachings based on earthly knowledge accumulated over a lifetime of living in their flesh, instead of interpreting them in the Spirit.”
“They have been taught to believe what they see, more than to believe the things that I have promised, which are unseen.’
“You know what the Holy Spirit dictated to Paul…
For we cast not our eyes upon the things that are seen; but on the things that are not seen, because the things that are seen are temporary and will change, but the things of God
which are not seen are eternal.”
“How then Daddy, can I help them?”
“You can continue to teach that the unseen created the seen and that it is impossible for the creation to be greater than the creator.”
“Then, lovingly teach them my great and glorious promises.”
“Daddy here is one they always spit out. Even though you said it entirely without qualifications.”
If you live in Me and My Word lives in you, ask whatever you wish and it shall be done for you.
(John 15:7)
“They persistently try to qualify or alter your teachings with these words (YES BUT!)”
“Many times I have slowly and thoroughly taught your Words and had people actually tell me that they believe you said them because they are written in the Bible, but tell me that even though they know you said them, they could not possibly be true. Here is just one example:
I assure you, most SOLEMNLY I tell you, if ANYONE Steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do, and he will do even GREATER things than these because I go to my Father. And I WILL DO [I Myself Will Grant] WHATEVER you ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM] so that the Father will be glorified and extolled through the Son, [YES] I WILL grant [I Myself will do for you] WHATEVER you shall ask in My name [As presenting all that I AM.]
“How can I help my flock believe You?”
“Teach them with the love and tender mercy of the Holy Spirit. Ask them to study ALL of my Words, then they will know Who I AM, they will learn of my consistent irrefutable logic. They will learn about my true nature. They will learn how much I love them. They will learn that with me, nothing is impossible and they will learn that I AM with them and will never leave or forsake them, then they will make a decision to believe.”
“Thanks, Daddy, good night!”
“Good night son.”
