Many super intellectuals, based on various combinations of numeric occurrences prophesied in both the New and Old Testaments, believe that we are.
Many renowned theologians believe that each of the end-time prophecies related to the event we have come to call the rapture, described in the Promises of Jesus as the sweeping up by Jesus of those who believe in Him, has been fulfilled.
Several adroit Bible Scholars have told me that, more than fulfilled prophecies and numeric alignments, the feeling in their Spirits is that something of immense power and substance is happening right now in the unseen.
I, too, sense this. There have been a large number of strange, even bizarre, happenings in my life and in the lives of many around me since 2020, which align with numerology prophecies about the end times.
So if Jesus showed up at any minute, I wouldn’t be surprised. Therefore, I am preparing to face Jesus with a solid report that we at Throne of Grace, along with our friends and partners, did everything possible to prepare those He sends us to, as we all could. That is why knowing His Words is so important! You can not give away what you do not have.
We are challenging each of you to make learning, believing, and putting into practice the Gospel of Jesus and all His promises in your lives, preparing you to deliver God’s invitation to eternal joy and happiness in Heaven with Him to everyone He brings into your life.
That would include sharing our teachings and podcasts with as many friends, relatives, neighbors, and acquaintances as you can.
Jesus may come today or a thousand years from now. Nobody knows or can know the precise time and date of His return, but we all need to be prepared for when it happens.
WHY THIS IS URGENT
You may believe and believe in Jesus and have your ticket to Heaven, and ask why when He comes is important or urgent. Here is why, as explained by the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
THE DAYS OF NOAH
“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in Heaven, nor Me, only God the Father.
Understand that while Jesus walked the Earth. He was Jesus, fully man and fully God. He became God again when He returned to Heaven. This may seem confusing, but it really is not. God was only Jesus for thirty-three years while He lived as a human. When He returned to Heaven, He became The Great I Am, Jehovah God, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit once again, all in One. One in All.
“As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating, drinking, giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. They knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them away. This is how it will be at the coming of The Son of Man. Two men will be in the field, one will be taken and the other left. Two women will gather and grind with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.”
“Therefore, keep watch because you do not know when your Lord will come. But understand this: if the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you must also be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour you do not expect.”
(Matthew 24:36-44)
One of the primary factors that has motivated us to do this ministry is the horror of the thought of those people scratching on the outside of the ark and begging for help. We have the opportunity to do something about it right now.
God was so merciful to the people of the day of Noah.
They mocked Him, scoffed at His warnings, lived in blatant sin and immorality, worshipped all manner of false gods, worshipped weird idols, and laughed at Noah and God. Yet God, in His infinite mercy, gave them one hundred and twenty-five years to repent.
He has been even more merciful with this generation of humans. Sadly, with the same result.
ARE WE THERE?
Pay attention to this prophecy from Holy Spirit as delivered by Paul to us through his student Timothy:
“But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people. ( This is a perfect description of the Universalist, Neo Christian, Oprah Winfrey religion that falsely believes and teaches that contrary to the direct declaration of Jesus, there are ‘Many Ways To Heaven’)
They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.
(Understand that this is not about ALL WOMEN. It is about those women who are not rooted and grounded in the truth of Jesus, and are blown to and fro with every wind of doctrine.)
Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth. They are men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.
A Final Charge to Timothy And Us
You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, persecutions, sufferings—what kinds of things happened to me in Antioch, Iconium. and Lystra, the persecutions I endured.
Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them. In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Jesus will be persecuted (Think of the wholesale slaughter of Christians in Africa and their persecution all over the world. Remember the violent, hateful invasion of the church in Minneapolis by Don Lemon and his gang of thugs.) while evildoers and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Jesus.
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
