Folks Jesus is not going to do anything!!! Believe me!!! The reason Jesus AIN’T GONA DO NOTHIN, is that He did everything when He walked the earth and died on the cross of every disease known and unknown to man, as He also paid the price for all of our sins past present and future, once for all! ! That is why He could sit down at the right hand of the Majesty On High, Far above all rule, dominion and authority, so that every knee in heaven and on earth will bow and proclaim that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God; and say with intent, “IT IS FINISHED!”
If I see one more request on Facebook for Jesus/God to heal all people from cancer, or have someone ask me to pray and ask God to heal their friend or loved one, I am going to go outside and howl at the moon!!!
Why? Because Jesus can not do anymore than what He has done. Think on this. Why would you ask Jesus to heal you if you don’t even believe what He said and did?
Jesus was teaching a Pharisee. He asked Nicodemus, “We testify of things we have seen and done, (The miraculous works that Jesus did in front of the entire world. Such as feeding 15,000 people with 5 loaves and 2 fish, raising 4 people from the dead, healing every disease and mental illness, transfiguring Himself into His Godly state in the presence of 5 eyewitnesses, walking on water, molecular transformation as when He stood in the boat and immediately it was 12 miles away on the other shore. All in the presence of thousands of eyewitnesses) and you do not believe. How then will you believe when I tell you of things of the Spirit?”
Think on how many times you have seen God do things in your life that can not be explained in any other way, than that He did them! We call them miracles. What they are, are the result of receiving by faith what He has already done for us by grace! ( HIS WILLINGNESS, ABILITY AND POWER TO DO THOSE THINGS FOR US THAT WE CAN NOT, OR WILL NOT, DO FOR OURSELVES.) Take a moment and review those situations in your mind. Now having considered those works, ask yourself why most people especially Christians still refuse to believe Him.
If you are sick, or if you want God to heal all people with cancer, or if you have a loved one that you are praying for, or if you have a neighbor who doesn’t know what Jesus did, or the power that He bequeathed to us, Share this with them after thoroughly ingesting it yourself.
“Surely (not maybe) He hath (past tense meaning He has already) born our griefs (our calamities, illnesses, diseases and infirmities, once for all) !! He was bruised for our transgressions and pierced for our iniquities, the punishment necessary for our peace (with God) was on Him, and by His stripes we (another past tense statement meaning we already have been) ARE (present tense) healed!
(Isaiah 53:4&5)
“When evening came, they brought to Him many who were sick with various and many different diseases and those who were under the power of demons (full of insanity and sorrows) and He drove out the spirits with a word and restored ALL OF THEM to health. And thus He fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, He Himself took (carried away) our weaknesses, maladies, infirmities and bore our diseases.” ( PAST TENSE, ONCE)
(Matthew 8:17)
“He personally bore (PAST TENSE) our sins in HIs own body on the tree (the cross) as on an altar and offered Himself on it. that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness (right standing with God, to be OK) BY WHOSE WOUNDS YOU HAVE BEEN (PAST TENSE) HEALED!!!)
(1Peter 2:24)
Not only so, but for those with a lack of imagination, who can’t bring themselves to take Jesus’s Word literally, He gave us the power to heal all nature of diseases ourselves!
“And these attesting signs shall follow those who believe: in My name they will drive out demons (heal insanity) they will speak in new languages they will pick up serpents and even if they drink anything deadly , it will not hurt them ( Here Jesus is saying that we can take anything the devil throws at us and not be hurt. Serpents and Scorpions are satan, his demons, his minions and anyone or thing that comes under his control.) THEY WILL LAY HANDS ON THE SICK AND THE SICK SHALL (NOT MIGHT) RECOVER.
(Mark 16:17-18)
“i assure you most solemnly I (God in the Flesh) tell you, if ANYONE steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do (i.e, healing all nature of diseases); and he will do EVEN GREATER things than these, because I go to My Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name that the Father may be glorified and extolled in the Son. I will grant WHATEVER you shall ask in my name” (NOTE THAT JESUS ADDED NO CAVEATS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS, no yes but you must pray in My will, or other qualifications.)
(John 14:12-14)
“Truly. truly I (JESUS IN THE PERSON OF THE GREAT I AM, SPEAKING AS GOD THE FATHER!) tell you, that WHOSOEVER Shall say to this mountain, Be Ye Removed And Cast Into The Sea, and DOES NOT DOUBT IN HIS HEART, but believes that the things he says shall come to pass; HE WILL HAVE WHATSOEVER HE SAYS! Therefore I tell you, when you pray believe that you receive and you shall have it!”
(Mark 11:22-24)
So if you speak to illness and you command it to be gone, and you do not doubt in your heart but believe that the things you say shall come to pass?
WILL YOU CHOOSE TO BELIEVE JESUS AND THERBY WALK IN DIVINE HEALTH, AND TEACH OTHERS TO RECEIVE THEIR HEALING’S BY FAITH IN WHAT HE HAS ALREADY DONE?
I hope by now you understand that Jesus already healed cancer and every other disease and that He made provision for those who can’t conceive His truths, that we have the same power as He does because He left it with us when He went to the Father, so that we can command all of the cells in our bodies and the bodies of others, (as He did with the Centurian”s servant and the daughter of the Syrophonecian woman”s daughter) to destroy the diseases that have appeared illegally in our/their bodies. I hope you believe that we can lay hands on the sick and the sick shall recover.
This is how your prayers will sound when you make a decision to believe Jesus:
“Oh Lord, My King Jesus, I see myself healed completely! I am not moved in anyway by symptoms or bad reports! I KNOW THAT YOU HEALED ME BY TAKING WHATEVER THIS IS, IN YOUR BODY, THERBY DESTROYING IT. I also have the power that I am executing right now, to speak to all of the 300 trillion cells in my body and command them to destroy the rebellion that these symptoms reflect. I praise you and worship you, and believe beyond any doubt, that I walk in excellent health, joy, happiness and peace all the days of my life, one day and one moment at a time; because of what you have done. I receive by faith what you have given me by grace!”
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO BELIEVE JESUS, GO TO THE DOCTOR! TAKE YOUR MEDS! IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO BELIEVE JESUS, DO WHATEVER THE DOCTORS AND NURSES TELL YOU TO DO, OR YOU WILL DIE! NEVER STOP TAKING YOUR MEDS, UNTIL YOU MAKE A DECISION TO BELIEVE JESUS BEYOND THE SHADOW OF A DOUBT!!!!!!!!!! AND THEN, BE SURE THAT YOU BELIEVE HIM.
NOW THEN, YOU HAVE BEEN PROPERLY WARNED! DO NOT COME TO ME AND ACCUSE ME OF MURDER BECAUSE SOMEONE HEARD MY TEACHING OR READ THE TRUTH, QUIT THIER MED’S OR SEEING THEIR DOCTOR AND DIED!!!!!
Jesus is so merciful that for those who refuse to take His Words literally and consider them inerrant, He created Doctors and Nurses. If you can’t believe Jesus, use them. Its amazing to me how many “Christians” Believe in Doctors and chemistry more than they do the God who created them.
Considering what you just read, do you understand how useless it is to ask Jesus to heal a person? Can you see how confusing it is to Jesus to receive such a request. Jesus actually died of every disease known and unknown to man on the cross! He was unrecognizable as a human being. God had to turn away from Himself in a flesh suit, because He couldn’t look on all of the sin that was upon Himself as he paid the price for all of our sins once for all on that horrible cross.
“What More Can I do?” I can hear Him saying in a very hurt voice, because of our obstinance and obdurate failure to believe him.
In the 11th Chapter of John we see that Jesus was crushed by the unbelief of those closest to him which caused the death of His dear friend.
Thus the shortest scripture in the Bible, “JESUS WEPT”. Martha and Mary actually unbelieved their brother Lazarus to death!
So I will not ask Jesus to do anything He has already done. However, I will pray in celebration with anyone when they come in praise and belief that Jesus has already destroyed illness and that our immune systems destroy all diseases, at anytime.
How are we to pray for others who are sick? “My dear King Jesus, I give you praise, laudation and eulogy that you demonstrated your glory by destroying all diseases including the lying illegal attack on my loved one. I agree and harmonize with you that my loved one has received by faith the healing that you gave them by grace.”
Jairus the Pharisee and High Priest came to Jesus and begged Him to bring his daughter back to life. Jesus read his mind. Jairus was asking in his mind, what can I do to restore my daughter to health. Jesus replied, ” ONLY BELIEVE JAIRUS!” That my friends is the prescription for life from the One Who created life.
ONCE AGAIN!, if you or your friend or loved one steadfastly refuses to believe Jesus by all means go to the doctor!!!!! That is why God created them.
Doctors and Nurses sacrifice much and do a great service to mankind. I appreciate and respect them all and thank God for each of them. Including all of the Nurses in my family. Especially my sister Anne, My mother, My Aunt Doris, My Aunt Sister Mary Brian who built St.Josephs hospital in Atlanta, My cousin Anita and her daughter Leigh Anne and my Cousin Virginia Harrison who have dedicated their lives to our lives.
THE CHOICE IS YOURS, BUT PLEASE, DON’T ASK JESUS TO DO WHAT HE HAS ALREADY DONE!
