The Greatest Love!

THE GREATEST LOVE!

Take a moment to soak in the Words of Jesus. Spiritually wallow in the vastness and unconditional Love that the Creator and the One who maintains all things that exist has for you.

Reject the twisted notion that God’s Love for you is based on your behavior. Our relationship with God is not based on what we do; it is about what He Did and Why He did it.

His Love for you is pure and complete whether you are good or bad or believe in Him or not. He Loves you because you are His child.

He has called you His glorious inheritance.

The Love of God should dictate our behavior. We should make our behavior honor Him because of the Love we have for Him because He first loved us, not by fear.

MEDITATE ON THE WORDS OF JESUS!

Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends.” ….JESUS

(John 15:13)

God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Jesus died for us.”

(Romans 5:8)

For God so dearly prizes the world (fill in your name) that He gave His only begotten Son (Himself in an earth suit,  He left His glorious Heaven to become a human being and suffer the most horrible death any human ever will) so that WHOSOEVER believes and believes in Him will never perish but will live with Him in Heaven forever.

For God did not send His Son into the world to judge, condemn, or pass sentence on the world (you, fill in your name here) but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.

He who believes in and believes Him is not judged or condemned, but he who does not believe is judged already because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”

(John 3:16-18)

 HERE IS THE MESSAGE:

The Love of God The Father, God Jesus, and God Holy Spirit is simply beyond our capacity to understand because our human minds are finite, and God’s mind and heart are infinite. He told us that His thoughts are not our thoughts, and His Way’s are not our ways because His thoughts and His ways are above ours.

God The Father, God Jesus, and God Holy Spirit want you to know that They cherish you, yes, you, just the way you are. They are not interested in Sin. They paid for all your past, present and future sins and chose to put them out of their memory. In return, they want you to believe in them, love them back, and try your best to love each other as they have loved you.

(John 6:28-29)

So, since The Triune God has loved us so much and made the ultimate sacrifice for us personally, we should love and forgive others in the same way.

Imagine this: Jesus gave us His body as a living sacrifice while we were still full-blown sinners. We should be willing to honor Him by trying to mirror His sacrifice by giving up our flesh-led behavior and trying our best to love one another unconditionally.

Since Jesus loves us regardless of our sins against Him, shouldn’t we love others regardless of their sins against us?

Since Jesus gave us the model of what Love is like, as His lovers and followers, should we not willingly and intentionally choose to love others unconditionally as He does?

Through His Love’s power, Jesus chooses not to judge or condemn us. Who, then, are we to judge and condemn ourselves and others?

Jesus went on to say in John 15:14 to teach us that if we Love Him, we will keep His commands. Here are a few to start with; you can research and learn the rest: “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” (think about this with your employees or when you give a tip) “Love each other as I have loved you.” Take no thought for tomorrow.” “Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness (The Gospel of Jesus), and then all these things shall be added unto you.” “Give, and it shall be given unto you, a good measure, pressed down, shaken together and overflowing will they pour into your finances for with the measure you confer benefits to others, It will be measured back to you.”

Here is a humdinger: “But love your enemies and be kind and do good and lend, expecting and hoping for nothing in return and considering nothing as lost and despairing of no one; and then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for He is kind and charitable and good to the ungrateful and the selfish and wicked. So be merciful, sympathetic, tender, responsive, and considerate even as your Father is!”

There is a silly non-biblical cliche that states “But, God will not bless a mess!”

I am convinced that there is one thing that can restore this world to sanity and it is the knowledge of the Love of God. That is why the mission He has given me to teach as many people as possible how much He loves them to the best of my ability is so urgent to me.
