The connection between the teachings, “A Message To You From Jesus” and “How About You”, is:
Just as Jesus sent a messenger to Martha and Mary with the Glorious news that their brother Lazarus’ illness would not end in death, And that Jesus would be glorified by accurately prophesying that Lazarus would live, God has sent us a glorious message through His messenger, who also sent us a glorious message through, His messenger!
Jesus told Martha and Mary that: THEY WOULD SEE THE GLORY OF GOD IF THEY ONLY BELIEVED! That message is true also for us. Think about the power and joy of that message.
Do you need to see the Glory of God in your life? Just try making a decision to accept as true the teachings of Jesus, and you will.
Jesus sent us a message through His messenger, Paul… “MY WILLINGNESS…ABILITY AND POWER TO DO THOSE THINGS FOR YOU…THAT YOU CAN NOT OR WILL NOT DO FOR YOURSELVES…IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED! IN WEAKNESS, IS MY STRENGTH PERFECTED.
Jesus taught us through the revelations of the Holy Spirit to Peter and Paul that…
Through the free gift of the full measure of faith that He gave us, at the moment we believed in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead and we confessed with our mouths that Jesus is Lord; that:
This is the message from Jesus’ messenger Peter to us… ” Simon Peter, a servant of Jesus Christ, to them that HAVE OBTAINED (past tense) LIKE PRECIOUS FAITH (here comes the explanation of where and how we get faith) WITH US THROUGH THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD AND OUR SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. ( The righteousness of Jesus is our source of faith, when we are saved as previously described, we receive His righteousness and His faith, which is why you will never get more faith, the faith of Jesus is not incomplete in any way.)
GRACE (God’s willingness ability and power to do those things for us that we can not or will not do for ourselves) and PEACE BE MULTIPLIED TO YOU THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, AND OF JESUS our Lord,
ACCORDING AS HIS DIVINE POWER…HATH…(Past tense) GIVEN (Past tense) UNTO US ALL THINGS THAT PERTAIN TO LIFE AND GODLINESS, (Here is how He gave us ALL things)…THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM…THAT HATH CALLED US TO GLORY AND VIRTUE; WHEREBY ARE GIVEN GREAT AND PRECIOUS PROMISES..” (2Peter1:3)
Here is another fantastic message sent to us from Jesus by His messenger Paul…
” BLESSED BE THE GOD AND FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO HATH ( Past tense) ….BLESSED US WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS IN HEAVENLY PLACES…IN CHRIST”. (Ephesians 1:3)
If you walked in the flesh beside Jesus today with Him the creator of all things…and He told you to stop believing for things and instead to believe that He has already given you all things that you desire, as teacher Ed Everett says, totally independent of you…and that your only part is to make a decision to believe the message that you just read, sent by Him through His messengers, would you believe?
YOU DO WALK BESIDE JESUS EVERYDAY. WHETHER YOU SEE HIM OR NOT, BY HIS OWN LAW HE CAN NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU.
HE IS TELLING YOU THROUGH HIS MESSENGERS INCLUDING THIS ONE RIGHT NOW THAT IF YOU WILL ONLY BELIEVE, YOU WILL SEE THE GLORY OF GOD!
I Pray that you will receive the Spirit of revelation, wisdom and knowledge…so that, you will know Him better; so that, the eyes of your heart being enlightened…you will understand that you have been called His glorious inheritance. So, that you will understand that you have the same power working within you that raised Jesus from the dead and seated him at the right hand of the majesty on high far above all rule dominion and authority, and every name that is named in this life, and in the life to come.
