“LIVE LONG AND PROSPER”
OFFENSE WARNING:
(This message will likely offend some readers’ theology. If you can not bear to accept it, please keep what you can and ignore the rest. Reject if you must the opinions and eat the scriptures.)
Live long and prosper is a greeting they used to salute each other on “Star Trek.” It just happens to be God’s plan for us as well.
When God created us, He installed reliable, redundant systems in our Spirit and body, ensuring our long lives and prosperity. When you fly on an airplane, you can rest assured that the plane has many redundant systems; if one fails, another engages. Redundant protections are engineered into the plane to ensure safety. Aeronautical engineers copied God’s plan.
Knowledge and belief engage our redundant systems. Ignorance and unbelief make them of no use.
“MY PEOPLE PERISH FOR A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE”
God to the prophet Hosea. (Hosea 4:6)
I know this to be true. I have officiated many funerals as a result of that fact. I blame religion, not the decedents or those who care for and love them for that.
It is the responsibility of the “Leaders” to feed their flock the Word of God about health and healing. Unfortunately, few accept that responsibility mainly because they fear what people think or of contradicting centuries of errant theology, doctrine, unbiblical cliches, and beliefs, and of losing offerings.
It is also the fault of poor biblical teaching at the massive seminaries that turn out Pastors ignorant of the essential teachings of Jesus. The result is far too many people dying early.
You hear and absorb their mistaken beliefs because they teach them, and they are supposed to be God’s messengers. Then, when you face a frightening diagnosis such as testing positive for cancer, you have no effective Spiritual tools to fight with; that is what happens far too many times.
Religion teaches us false beliefs like: “God is in control.”
This is their biggest lie! God gave us control of our lives. We have the free will choice to accept Him and give Him control or reject Him and take control ourselves, usually led by ignorance and unbelief.
(Deuteronomy 30:19, John 3:18)
This particular lie is a condemnation of God. It implies that He allows people to die from horrid diseases. It implies that He is a murderer. It implies that He is complicit in every evil thing that happens. It implies that He gave your loved one the disease that killed them. I know people who believe that it was in God’s plan that their loved one die a painful death. They have said things to me like: “Who are we to question the will of God.” They learned that from their leaders.
They have also created the non-biblical cliche that “God works in mysterious ways!” The implication is that disease, tribulation and premature death are some of those mysterious ways, it is a false teaching. God revealed all of His mysteries to us through Jesus (Matthew 13:11, Ephesians 1:9, Colossians 2:2, Colossians 4:3)
Here is the worst of all the false teachings: It is frequently repeated at funerals. I have heard it said at Protestant, Catholic, and Jewish funerals.
“THE GOOD LORD GIVES, AND THE GOOD LORD TAKES AWAY. BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD.”
This false, disgusting allegation against God was not spoken by God but by a distressed Job, who admitted that he was wrong later in his lament. He subsequently recanted his lie by acknowledging that “The things I feared the most came upon me, and the things I dreaded befell me.” This means that His fear which is unbelief caused him to lose everything, not God’s will.
(Job 1:21-Job 3:25-26)
Here is a killer belief: “Sometimes God says no.”
Jesus died to give us all things that pertain to life and Godliness. Where does “no” fit into that fact? “All of the promises of God are yes and amen.”
(2 Peter 1:1-4, 2 Corinthians 1:20)
Brevity limits our ability to report all of the lies that those in authority have taught us, but they are many and deeply embedded in our minds, hearts, and spirits and they can be fatal.
“I am afraid you have inoperable cancer,” says the doctor to Mr. Jones. Well, it must be God’s will because He is in control, believes Mr. Jones. Mr. Jones has no power to fight with. The result is obvious.
The first thing that happened when Mr. Jones was diagnosed with the terminal disease was that a prayer team was organized by the folks, who taught him that God sometimes says no. Their prayers were of no effect.
HOW TO LIVE LONG AND PROSPER
USE THE WEAPONS OF YOUR WARFARE EVERY DAY!
BEFORE YOU ARE DIAGNOSED WITH SICKNESS.
Take a few minutes daily to seal your body with the Words of Jesus. Don’t wait until the evil one, your flesh, and doctors agree that you are sick. Employ God’s redundant systems now.
The Great Apostle, Prophet, Pastor, Teacher, and Evangelist Dwight Keith used to encourage his flock to take the Gos-pill, not doctors’ pills.
Learn and eat Jesus’s Words and promises. Make them the most important things in your life. Do not perish for a lack of knowledge. Drink the blood of Jesus. This means to believe beyond doubt that Jesus guaranteed every one of His Words with His blood.
STEADFASTLY BELIEVE THE WORDS AND PROMISES OF JESUS. REMOVE DOUBT IN THEM OF ANY KIND. With every fiber, cell, subcell, and the minutest part of your Spirit, soul, and body, REFUSE NOT TO BELIEVE JESUS!
I do not care, and neither should you if the promises of Jesus conflict with the theology of your religion or ancestors. Your ancestors are dead, and religion should have taught them to you to begin with.
JESUS’S REDUNDANT SYSTEMS FOR HEALTH AND HEALING:
JESUS IS NOT GOING TO HEAL YOU! Praying to God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus and begging him to heal you or your loved one is like spitting in the wind. Why? Because JESUS ALREADY HEALED YOU. JESUS HEALED EVERY DISEASE ON THE CROSS!!! You receive that healing not by asking Him to die on the cross for you again because you don’t believe that He did, BUT BY BELIEVING THAT HE DID regardless of what your body or others tell you!
“SURELY ( definitely, absolutely, completely, not maybe) HE HAS (Not will, not may, not with conditions, not if you and your prayer group beg enough and adequately enough, and frequently enough, not if your Pastor prays over you) HAS! as in past, present tense meaning already!) BORNE (permanently, forever, once and for all, carried away.) OUR GRIEFS (From the Hebrew word Choli, meaning sicknesses, illnesses, maladies, diseases, and calamities. Calamities are events causing sudden and great damage and distress, as in accidents) AND CARRIED OUR SORROWS; (From the Hebrew Makobah, meaning affliction, grief, pain, sorrow) Yet, we thought that He was being punished by God and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was crushed for our sins; upon Him was the punishment that brought us peace, and with His stripes, we are healed.
(Isaiah 53:4-5)
The testimony of the many eyewitnesses to the event, the disciple Matthew:
“That evening, they brought to Jesus many who were oppressed by demons (in that day, folks believed that demons oppressed sick people, and in some ways, that is true. The evil one is the demon, who generates the unbelief that allows sickness to take root and prosper. All sicknesses are from the evil one.) He cast out the spirits with a Word and healed ALL who were sick. THIS WAS TO FULFILL WHAT WAS SPOKEN BY THE PROPHET ISAIAH: HE TOOK OUR ILLNESSES AND BORE OUR DISEASES”. Pay attention to the word ALL!
(Matthew 8:16-17)
“He (Jesus) Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree(the cross) that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. BY HIS WOUNDS, YOU HAVE BEEN HEALED.
(1Peter 2:24)
JESUS GAVE US HIS POWER!
After Jesus taught the disciples and us that He and God are the same and that the Words He spoke, and promises He made were made using that authority, in the fourteenth chapter of John, He gave us His power.
“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever STEADFASTLY believes in me will also do the works that I do, and greater than these will he do because I go to my Father.”
(John 14:12)
“And Jesus answered them, ‘HAVE FAITH IN GOD. TRULY, I SAY TO YOU, WHOEVER SAYS TO THIS MOUNTAIN, BE TAKEN UP AND THROWN INTO THE SEA, AND DOES NOT DOUBT IN HIS HEART, BUT BELIEVES THAT WHAT HE SAYS WILL COME TO PASS, IT WILL BE DONE FOR HIM.” In this case, the mountain is any form of sickness.
(Mark 11:22)
When folks came to Jesus for healing, He did not pray and ask God to heal that person. He spoke to the problem and commanded the healing. We have that same power.
HOW IT WORKS
We are proclaiming clearly that I am not a doctor! But consider this example, cancer is rebellion; rebellious cancer cells attack healthy cells. Before we are attacked, we have the power and responsibility to speak to our brains and cells and command them to destroy any illegal invaders before they grow. The same is true for any illness.
Using the power that Jesus gave us, we can and must frequently command our bodies to destroy any diseases preemptively, and our bodies will obey those commands, now not later.
SUMMARY
Jesus gave us redundant systems to cause us to live long and prosper. He healed all nature of disease on the cross. Jesus gave us His power to speak to and command our bodies to receive that healing. He gave us the ability to choose to believe beyond doubt and to refuse not to believe the promises of Jesus.
Our lives, health, and prosperity depend on our walking in the highest level of belief. We need to believe BEYOND DOUBT by choice and unfailing determination.
As you can tell by the tone of this writing, We are tired of folks being sick and disengaging from their earth suits prematurely. We will all transition into the loving arms of our King of Love, but we should only do so after our work in this dimension is complete.
